This shopping mall is relatively new and modern, complete good choices of eateries and restaurants, shops. Is about 40 minutes from our hotel in Rasa Ria but only 20 minutes from the airport. Conveniently located and close proximity to many other shopping malls. Also within walking distance to the coast lines which have many stalls selling local cook foods, worth trying. You can spent 4 - 6 hours at this place.

Favourite place for shopping. You know how to attract your customer. A lot of activities in festive season. Only problem is when you pay parking ticket at basements floor (exit near everise) people always potong queue 😆.

The Imago shopping mall has plenty of shops and restaurants and the fast food chains of Kentucky Fried Chicken is there plus many local restaurants like the Chicken Rice Shop. There are medium level branded shops like Kate Spade and Coach for handbags. Lots of shops selling clothes and sportswear and shoes too. I normally go to the shopping malls for my lunch and dinner.

Very clean and decent mall in Kinabalu compared to the other malls. It has a some selection of luxury shops, Sephora, and mid tier shops. There are also lots of food choices in the basement. The mall is very spacious hence walking is needed.

This mall is very clean and bright. We went in to escape the heat for a bit and ended up staying for quite some time. In addition to the shops they have many decent food options and activities to do like a movie theater, a couple arcades and an archery range.

The setup and the different tenants give this mall an upmarket feel. It is a better-managed mall than others in the KK area. Also, the only mall that I know in KK does not charge visitors for using the toilet.

We arrived too early at 0945hrs, the doors open at 10:00hrs!
Imago is a stunningly smart clean Mall. It has only been open a year but already has a local following and takes on a real buzz after working hours/dark, shops stay open late, I did not make a note but at least until 22:00hrs.
There is a mixture of high end shops and shops that meet local needs and that of the tourists. My suggestion is visit and see what you think.
There is a large oval (GF) area which has been turned into a winter theme with polar bears and ice castles and an ice bridge.
It is a big attraction for parents and kids. In the evening couples arrive and dress up as Princes & Princesses to have their pictures taken against the Snowy themed back ground.
There are a vast array of shops from the very cheap to the very expensive, the modern to traditional.
If you are not happy with the shops then you will be able to find the food and drink too your taste.
Basement Floor (BF) Fast Food - 22 Kedai. (shops)
Basement Floor (BF) Food kiosk - 18 Stalls.
Ground Floor (GF) Variety Food - 3 Restaurants.
Ground Floor (GF) Aramaiti - 13 Drink venues.
The food court areas in the (BF & GF) areas are very clean and well staffed and looked after as you would expect.
Heritage Food Street (2F) - Minimum 8 Kedai. (shops)
We went here for cold drinks, the marble replica tables were filthy, the floor was dirty , it had been mopped with a dirty mop and water I know as my shoes stuck to the floor.
The outside areas beyond the food street were immaculate and had polished tiled flooring.
Within the food street it was a unfinished concrete surface, while sitting there we saw staff from one shop clean and wash the behind counter floor area and the brush all the dirty food remains and water into the public food eating area as if it was a village street!!!
As a result we did not eat here.
Very strange behaviour within a large super smart mall.
The male & female toilets were super clean and modern.
There is a large carpark attached to the Mall via the (GF) if you are driving into here. They have a red/green light system over each parking bay so it saves you driving around and around to find a bay a clever Idea.
There is also access to the Gleneagles private hospital from the (GF) parking area

Great Place to Shop for the entire family. Spent hours here.
A lot of good shops. You just have to find those who offer discounted items.

Sorry no there isn’t a Marks & Spencer’s, but you will be very pleased with the shops that are there, it is very large and modern with places to eat and great entertainment for the children. My favourite shopping centre was Centre Point, which is more traditional.

Imago opens at 10am if you want breakfast at that time.
There are a few stalls selling the standard malaysian fare like roti canai, mee goreng and nasi lemak just across the street from Imago. There is a 24h Nasi kandar stall too.
Any luggage storage service in this mall?

Didn't see any. But if it's only for a (really) short while like 10-15 mins, I think the Customer Service desk wouldn't mind
Are there any money changers here?
