Of Gaya, sapi and this island, this island offers more fish and coral and less people. It is more laid back, but that is easy compared the crowds on Gaya beach

It is good place to enjoy scuba diving with various fishes and coral reef. Local diving buddies are also kind and professional.

The island itself was probably pretty one day, however, massive tourism and pollution has definitely ruined the place. Day trippers cram the only accessible beach, which is full of litter. Besides, there are many careless Chinese. Not the best island for snorkeling.

Boat ticket is RM23.00 per adult and RM18.00 for children. This is a return fare. You also pay RM7.20 per adult and RM3.60 per child as a jetty fee at Jesselton Point. Also an entry fee to the island of RM20.00 per adult and... More

Yes there are choices of villas for 2 very nice and close to everything. Cheaper options are backpacker type, still ok but lots of stairs to them 😎
