Nice place for teenagers and adults. Not really good for young kids.
The management at District 21 should “not” be charging for same price for kids as adults as the kids cannot go on most of the attractions on offer. This is due to height and weight restrictions. Hence, very unfair pricing and non-logical.
Some of the staff are not so friendly, especially as it was the first time for us and hence important to settle your nerves in some of the attractions like the “Free fall”. The staff member asked us to simply jump and I felt he was not so happy.
My young 5 year old daughter was doing the kids adventure course (next to the Ninja course) but she become stuck in one of the parts and rather than take her to the zip-line part (which was so close to her) and which she wanted to do, the local staff simply asked her to go back out. I asked the staff to let my daughter do the zip/line but they simply said she she needs to do the whole course. The staff need to be more proactive and offer assistance rather than stand and chit-chat with each other.
Once is enough, we would not really go again.
Prepare for aches and pains the following day.

My little one can't get enough of the trampoline. He was on all the whole day! Surely a fun place for family to have fun and break sweat.
What I hope District 21 can improve is the
1. Cleanliness at the playground area near the trampoline - as younger children who couldn't play any rides, they have nowhere go except for the playground. But the area surrounding the playground is very dirty. It would be better if they can make the area to be a no shoes zone and have like a barrier to separate the space.
2. Waiting time at the high rope and the rockclimbing area is quite long. Took around 1 hour to wait and go through the obstacle. I don't think there were a lot of people at that time.
Btw, thumbs up to the staff at the rides area, most of them are super helpful, friendly and kind.

I took my 10 year old daughter + 2 friends there on 11 Jul as a birthday treat. Superb experience, I think this is one of the best indoor playlands in the whole of Malaysia. It has a good mix of trampolines, climbing and rides (e.g tubing).

Incident on 30/8/23. The place is alright overall, as to waiting time and ticket purchasing. However, encountered a very rude and nasty staff manning the Ninja Course. He refused entry to a child below the height limit which is totally acceptable however, his reaction after that was totally unacceptable … he slammed the measuring tape down and said IDIOT. Probably the mgmt should teach their staff basic manners. Repulsive….

The kids love the place with lots of obstacles games to go thru. They had fun jumping on the huge trampolines. For those who are more adventurous, should try the adults games eg. free fall, glider, high rope course. This is my kids third time here and they still want to come back again.

Went there to have fun with my friends. Unluckily, During at the free fall course. I was pushed by the crew and I wasnt ready to jump down. I barely breathe and was shocked. I even emailed the company regarding this matter. But there was no reply and action taken. I was very disappointed.
The crew did brief how to get down and mentioned they will not push us down. But. Unfortunately, he pushed me. So be careful whoever is going for this course. Im traumatized by this incident.

The activities are great and fun, but the crew members or staff really needs to work on their politeness and professionalism. One actually made fun of my son's inability to understand him clearly and one actually told him off when he could not climb the obstacles cause he lacks of a bit of confidence. I would understand if the crowd was big, but it was just a few of us and yet they were treating us like they dont even have time for us at all! They were also joking around loudly which makes us feel very uncomfortable. Its a big turn off for me as my kids and i really loke what they offer. My advice is find workers/crew members with more passion in what they do especially when it comes to dealing with young children.

Brought my 11 year old son there for the first time. He loves climbing and sports but he told me that the place is not suitable for children and a bit too dangerous. Adults and teenagers knocked him a lot. He even saw an adult stepped on a young boy's foot on the trampoline and left the boy crying after that. The ticket was pricey too as we went on a public holiday. Don't think we will be visiting this place in the near future.

(FORWARDED MESSAGE FROM DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER)
To the management of district 21,
My friends and I have recently came across this new park via IOI City Mall website, following which we visited your website (Currently down, see photo below). We planned to celebrate our friend's birthday and we came all the way from Nilai (Students, talking bus and train). Unfortunately, we were not allowed to enter or to participate because we were wearing flats. I understand clearly that wearing sports shoes is a protective measure, however, the management should made it clear in their rules and regulations. The website does not mention at any point that wearing shoes is compulsory. At most, it only mentions that SANDALS AND SHOES are allowed. I was very disappointed and we had to leave. Customers' safety comes first, which I agree, however, a bunch of young adults wearing flats (safe and secured) being rejected is something which the management should look into. I also requested to meet with the management and was told that the supposed manager is in a meeting. Was there no supervisor at that time to handle the park while the higher authorities are in a meeting? Again, management issues! Further, your park, allow me to inform you, is in a MALL. Hence, probability of "attracted customers" wearing sports shoes are less. Therefore, I suggest you provide rental sports shoes or you mention clearly in your website!
Unfortunately, you have just gained bad reviews and I hope the organisation improves in the future.

I must refer to 689azizaa’s review back in Jan 2019 as almost the exact same thing happened to my son and his cousins. Of course we cannot generalise as some staff were very good but it’s the few bad apples that can spoil the whole experience.
In particular were the staff at the start of the Ninja and the one who was meant to supervise the Flying Fox but couldn’t be bothered. If you don’t like working with kids or people in general then don’t work here at all!

Hi,
Is there anything for 5 year olds? And can they only play at the trampoline. If they only use the trampoline, will they be charged 64 rm too?
Written August 27, 2018
I am unsure about the charges but if i am recalled correctly, is it flat rate if you are above 90cm in heights. However, do get in touch with them via facebook to ascertain this matter
Hope this helps :)
