Went to this ''so called'' pasar malam night market, but sadly it was NOT OPEN at all, despite going to this night market several times. Was told by locals repeatedly that its open, but its NOT. so dont waste your time coming down. (I came in June 2022)

Nothing much to see here. Comparing to other night markets, the stuff here are very limited and boring. The place looks dead and there are not many people around. Not worth making a special trip down.

Seems to be a popular night market among the locals but it's just an average night market selling clothes, accessories, and gadgets. There are a few well-known restaurants located on this strip so no worries if you're looking to grab a bite to eat. The market starts up at around 9 PM and lasts well into midnight (or even later, I'm not 100 percent sure).
Restaurant Lou Wong seemed to be really packed and popular among the locals. I went next door to Restoran Onn Kee and enjoyed their Ayam Tauge/Nga Choy Kai (Chicken with rice/noodles and bean sprouts- both places are well-known for this dish). Definitely something to check out if you're looking to try good food (or looking to get a late dinner in- they were still open when I popped in at around 10 PM)

The night market is quite sad. There are quite a few stores that are open but they sell things that can be gotten easily from elsewhere. There is also no crowd at all. But there are several restaurants along the street which you should try. Other than that, I won't bother with the night market.

It is nice walking down the street looking at the colourful shops. But they are all selling the same stuffs. U can also get some foot reflex by the road side. The public toilet here is super clean. Very well maintain.

After having Lou Wong Spout Chicken dinner, we went for a walk in this night market after 9:00pm.
Most of the vendors are selling sport shoes, tee-shirt, hair colouring, perfumes, wallets, electronic items, etc.
It is a good exercise after dinner.

Good opportunity to check local brand tshirt and souvenir. They sell lots of things. You can check the variety of watch, belt, handbag, etc. It stuff is also included and you can bargain to get a lower price.

The pasar malam was right where we had the famous Lou Wong beansprouts chicken, and only because it was walking distance from our apartment at Majestic Tower that we came here twice. Otherwise the street shops did not appeal to us at all.

Great for a walk at night time and take in the local culture and food. In the heart of the Chinese district there is so much great food to choose from and a fun atmosphere with plenty of locals out at tables in the street eating and drinking into the night. The stalls themselves dont sell anything too interesting but the area is bustling at night and worth a visit.
