Qing Xin Ling was recommended to us by Nick and Stephanie from Ipoh City Tour service which we originally did not plan in our itinerary of attractions to visit. It is a scenic location which has something for everyone young or old. I would certainly recommend visiting if you are traveling with an extended family. The younger ones enjoyed the little hiking and cycling while the elderly appreciated the cultural aspect of the attraction. Moreover, one could also either reside within the serenity of the attraction or work on your photography skills to take some wallpaper worthy scenic shots.

One of the more expensive temples in Ipoh (RM20 per person) but it is pretty fun and worth it in our experience. Lots to see such as murals and antiques, along with a beautiful trail along the cave and small lake. Get some fish food to feed the beautiful fishes here, and ride the bikes around.

We didn't go all the way up because it was too slippery from the dripping cavern water and steep for elderly. Overall fun day and you can spend up to 2 hours just chilling around here. Wish there's some food options here for people to chill.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. 20r each for international tourists. 12 for Malaysian adults. Children and disabled are free. Walk through the gate and get on a multi-person pedal bike. Stop off on the circuit wherever you like. Take a peek inside the old buildings which will transport you back in time. The Chinese displays are particularly interesting. So much old stuff to see, admire and reminisce. A delightful way to spend a half day.

A great place to visit xxx A MUST xxx In particular you should bring your kids along, they can see and lean how we the parents/older generation was growing up ...
Food and Drinks are available. To avoid the big crowd you should visit during the week.
Preferably you rent a room/chalet there overnite.

Costs MYR10 for adults and I would say it's pretty worth it. The place is huge and there are many things to see. I really enjoyed the scenery and the atmosphere of the village. There's a sort of hill towards the back which requires a bit of walking up and hiking. It's not particularly tough but natural hillwater drips onto the narrow path so do be careful on your way up and more so on your way down. Fairly sufficient parking as well.

It is a nice mini village of sorts with a huge lake in the middle. There is supposed to be many small shops selling stuff but they are mainly abandoned. There are a variety of bicycles to rent to cycle around the place. But there is nothing major to see here.

Amazing place - proud to see that the tradition is treasured and being showcased to future generations. Unfortunately, the staffs at the entrance were not guest-friendly at all :(Very disappointed with their attitude and their customer service).
This place needs to be better advertised, The most beautiful /historical heritage is hidden at the end on the mountain side.

Set your Waze to Syarikat Perabot KOTA to purchase your entrance ticket. Ticket price RM10 per person regardless of age. Kids below 6 are free. Please be remind that No ticket for sale at the entrance. To see the village, you can either go on foot or take a bicycle. I suggest that you go by bike. You will get to see things from the 1970's, 1980's and 1990's.

A great place to visit! There were so many things to see and fanstatic place for photo sessions :)

Btw we can't purchase the tickets from the place itself ever since the incident of the resident protested causing the traffic congestion.

They had to close the main entrance and we used the back way to enter.

We travelled to a place called Syarikat Perabot Kota to purchase the ticket and we initially thought we got scammed since the tickets looked dodgy.. (the ones in purple were the tickets)

Anyway it was genuine and the ticket cost MYR10 per entry. Though it wasn't convenient but oh well it was worth it.
