Mall is nice to go to but there is not many shops and gets very crowded during weekends with people just walking around. People who go here or work here need to learn what lifts are for. I.e. Using lift just to go one floor down is bad enough when there is escalator but never giving space when someone with a wheelchair that can't use escalator. As with covid 19 around people do follow rules but not when comes to wearing mask or too many in lift Customer service providing wheelchair very nice and friendly.…

This is a very old mall and you can feel it through the ambience (dark and gloomy). There are a healthy amount of good shops but that’s about it.

The best Java Chip Frap. is from here, gang. No doubt. It was my first time trying the Java Chip Frappucinno, and I was not disappointing. Got a lot of dishes to clean and food to cook, it was nice to take a break from Raya hectic with Starbucks. Plus, it is very good. Warm hospitality from the staffs, and perfect environment. This used to be the hippest place to shop & hang out back in the 1990s. In my yearly sojourn to Kuantan, I used to have dim sum at the nearby hotel then head here to shop. Sadly, as with most malls in Malaysia, it got usurped by newer & glitzier malls. Now, it houses a couple of restaurants (Seoul Garden, Kenny Rogers), a bookstore (Popular), health/beauty chains (Watson’s & Guardian) & coffee joint (Starbucks). The rest are mostly small stores selling shoes, watches & massage services. The entire basement formerly occupied by Parkson & Giant/Tesco has since closed. The only attraction left for me are the factory over-runs sold at the atriums. Found a couple of really value for money Abercrombie & Fitch tees & NFL football jerseys at a fraction of their original prices! But be prepared to rummage through the displays. …
