The mossy forest in Cameron Highlands is an excellent place to visit, It is very beautiful and the air is so clean here. However you have to trek into the forest after the board walk ends in order to get the real feel and the excellent experience. One minus point was that the road leading to this place is very... This was just a nice walk over board walks, but nothing special if you've been to the Taman Negara. Go early in the morning or the late afternoon, depending on the weather, because it can be very crowded. Tip: don't go here with your own car, but rent a car with driver. The roads are poor and there can be... More

A beautiful nature. A cool nice whether, easy tracking with families and accessible for kids. All the trees looks old and all are mossy due to humidity and its cool temperature. The trees set up a beautiful landscap. Lots of photo spot. The track is well maintained. You can continue on the off track tracking but be sure to wear... More

It is a place not so far away from Boh Tea Plantation. Need a 4x4 vehicle to reach the base as the road that leads to it rather rocky.

Don't go with your car!! Going to the highest peak by your car is a mistake. rough road. very narrow enough for one car. If you love you car and hate to see it in a bad shap or suffering, just take a tour with around 50 MYR for half day tour in Cameron Highland including Mossy forest. The Mossy... More

The drive up to the mossy forest was challenging.. Narrow roads up the hill and cars come and go both in that single Road. However there are paid tours to the mossy forest if I'm not wrong 50myr (check online for current rates) . Up in the forest, the walk ways are well built with proper steps and railings.. It... More

Take a few flights of stairs and you are on a mountain range looking down at Perak and Pahang state. Really beautiful and cool and tranquil depending on the crowd. Set back was the horrifying roads that lead up to the trail. We drove our family car and it was pure tension avoiding and going over potholds, narrow roads, steep... More

I've been on several jungle trekking experiences. This one was unique. The scene in the mossy forest is breathtaking. You might get the feeling like you're a hobbit in the Shire. Got there on a tour and was led by a guide. Wouldn't recommend anyone going in alone as there are branching trails. The road to the entrance we took... More

Nice place to bring kids enjoy jungle trekking and discover cool mossy forest! However, don't drive there unless you have four wheels drive! The road is too narrow and not maintain properly! A "walkie takie" road condition, allow only one car to move up/down at one time.
