We were here one late weekday afternoon, the shops outside were not opened (maybe aftermath of Covid lockdowns). Entrance fees was quite expensive (RM 8) and experience with the lady manning the counter was quite unpleasant.
We took some photos of the variety of cactuses and there were flower beds too. However, we didn't purchase any cactuses while we were there. we found cheaper and nicer ones at one shop by the road side at Kea farm.

It's exclusively must visit for plant lovers with variety of flowers and cactus you can found in Cameron Highlands. However the entrance ticket is slightly high, (RM8 if not mistaken). Good spot to take nice photographs too!

Cactus Valley is really a place for cactus. Many types of cactus are available, though I could name none.
I visited that site during my trip to Cameron Highlands. This place has my recommendation because, locationwise, it's good. As we stayed in Brinchang, the valley is just within walking distance (follow the sign of Big Red Strawberry Farm). The valley is just in from of the strawberry farm, and can be visited together with the strawberry farm. First time in my lifetime, I saw so many cactus gathered under a roof.
Most of the cactus displayed are for sale, with RM 10 (around USD 3.1) for 2-7 pots. The valley really worth us to spend some times on it. The admission is free.
The full address for Cactus Valley is: Pekan Lama, Brinchang, 39100 Cameron Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia. I found the guide above just listed the street address for the valley and the country.

It is RM5 per entry for adult and RM3 for kids. But since in Cameron Highlands, there is a lot of similar places as Cactus Valley with free entrance fee.
In here, there is a lots of cactus type, flowers, and plants, it is great if you're nature lover. But that is it, nothing else. Not worth the money. If you're looking to buy plants/cactus from here, you can go to the shop at the side of the entrance (no need to pay the fees).
There's lots of stair, not suitable for old/young children/injured knee.

This is the first time i paid entrance fee in Cameron Highlands. This is an Old, and badly maintained cactus farm. The ticket price is too expensive!! The cactus being sold at the Taman Agro Tourism big red strawberry (free entrance and located behind cactus valley) are much more fresh and cleaner than those at cactus valley. Plus there are so many other cactus farms where you can enter for free. Entry to this cactus valley is a total waste of your money and time.

Entrance fee is RM5. It not worth to pay the money because nothing fantastic to see. This place already getting old and run down.
If you interesting to buy cactus, you can buy at strawberry farm next to it …
Not worth to visit this cactus valley.

This is the first time we have visited such a large scale cactus farm cum with some flower species. We found and bought 6 cactus, 30% cheaper than sg buloh and most nursery farm... and the cactus are grown in good shape. We bought 1 cactus from genting before, and realize that those cactus cultivated in cooler weather tempts to grow faster, healthier, stronger and more beautiful. Those cactus from Ikea has not survived in 1 year.
Anyway it comes with a door entrance fees of RM 5 (adult)

You might think "I just saw trays of cacti next door - why would I pay to see more"? But I'm glad that we went into the gardens at Cactus Valley. The tiered gardens go on and on up stairs and the view is interesting. There is also a koi pond and a lot of healthy-looking cactus to purchase.
I stopped for a sit under some hanging orchids and small birds, honey-eaters, started drinking from the flowers. This was a highlight, as I love seeing animals.
I wouldn't say you should travel a long way to see this place, but if you are already next door, come have a look, unless you don't like cactus or stairs I suppose!
