I think the fact that Cameron Highlands just isn't that exciting a place is partially to blame here. I signed up for the full-day tour, and while we saw all the sights (Mossy Forest, tea plantation, etc.), we pretty much would get dropped off at the entrance and told to meet back at a certain time. During this time, the... More

Went to the top of the hill, but it was cloudy and rainy, so nothing to see. Then went to the boardwalk of the mossy forest, which is quite nice. Next we went to the Boh tea plantation, with a couple of stops to see the views and taste the tea at the shop (rm 4-5 per cup). Finally went... More

Thoroughly enjoyed the half-day tour featuring hilltop, mossy forest, and Boh Tea plantation. Our guide (Satya) was enthusiastic and extremely knowledgable - not only on the different types of tea, but also on the various plants and species found in the forest (including a newly-discovered and as yet unnamed breed of frog). Flexible drop-off on return journey allows you to... More

Mossy forest tour. To get the best from this tour it is important to have a good guide, and this we had. The main mossy forest was closed, but our guide knew an alternative location with the same characteristics. The climb was tricky in places and muddy, so don't do this trip if you are not agile and scared of... More

The Full Day Explorer tour was to cover the mossy forest, tea plantation, mountain views and a two hour hike. It did all of these things, although the mossy forest boardwalk was closed due to it being off season which we weren't told about when we booked (through a different booking agent). We did go to a small part of... More

Don't book the full day experience tour, which isnt worth the money. First half of the day takes you to the tea plantations which is great. Second half takes you to a random museum and a few other places the company has deals with. Guide lost interest halfway through the day, so even he knew it wasn't worth it.

We decided to book a half-day tour via our guesthouse, together with 2 friends we met. They picked us up at Father's Guest House, right on time! They also took the effort to pick up our friends from the other guest house (Gerard's Place) Our guide, Vashi, introduced himself and started making jokes already. After a short drive, we walked...
