The price makes it alright.

The number of different species present in the small caged environment is quite small. The entire plot of land is also quite small. All the glass panels are dirty and scratched... read more

Entrance fee 7rm It seems to have just one type of butterfly roaming but there are other parts to see. The guide showed us all the reptiles/amphibians housed in the park. It seemed though that were not being taken care of diligently, but well, the environment around is quite natural anyway. But i feel sad for the 40-year old tortoise.... More

My kids (12, 9, 6) enjoyed interacting with the butterflies. We got to hold them and take amazing photos. They have another section where you get to see different types of flowers and few small animals. Unfortunately the place isn't very clean and using their bathrooms is out of the question.

It was part of our tour..we went to see this place twice bedside the close contact with the butterflies there are many other rodents and sneaks which you can enjoy. the keepers usually very helpfull they guide you and if possible let you touch then..go for it it's educational as well as fun for the whole family.

If you want a chance to get up close with butterflies, stick insects, leaf insects and some beetles, this is the place to be. Although it has improved somewhat the place could really use some work but there were some new exhibits; 2 raccoons, chipmunks, scorpions, etc. A good place for the kids.

The number of different species present in the small caged environment is quite small. The entire plot of land is also quite small. All the glass panels are dirty and scratched and without a cpl on your lens you are also going to get glare. There are reptiles and insects and some mammals there as well. The flower garden area... We were travelling on a 4 day 3 night Viator tour from KL through the Cameron Highlands to Penang. Our visit to this venue we proceeded into the park after being informed by our guide that this was an amazing stop. On entering we only saw one type of butterfly (see photo) when the attendant rushed at our group holding... More
