Not worth visiting. The animals looked suicidal. Not many butterflies in marquee. In general the enclosures were too small especially for the raccoons.

Could see only few species of butterflies, the garden is not maintained well for the butterflies. Any one can step on the butterfly easily as we found few were on the pathways. Not a great place to visit in cameron.

There were a lot of butterflies, but found many died/hurt on the floors - looks like those butterflies are stressed! Children got excited to see other animals kept in the garden - chipmunks, ducks, scorpions, insects, snakes, hedgehogs, toads, etc. There are cactus and daisies also. The entrance fee is cheap - RM3 for adult, RM1.50 for children aged 7... More

Nice for kids to see the animals. But be wary if you hate animals getting hurt. They should station staff at butterfly enclosure. Some were horrid to the poor things. I saw torn wings and screaming adults who were terrified of the butterflies. Then there were those who picked up butterflies to pose with them. No wonder a lot of... More

We were taken here by our guide Aziz as part of our Malaysia/Borneo trip arranged by Imagine Asia. Bear in mind that this reviewer is not fond of butterflies and is a complete wimp when it comes to creepy crawlies... I still found it interesting and took lots of photos as our guide and the Garden staff took large alien-sized... More

Entrances fee here is 7R. It's a nice place to walk around & enjoy for a while. The butterflies are beautiful and you walk in amongst them. Worth spending half an hour or so here.

I visited the butterfly garden and was very pleased with what I found. There was a huge variety of butterflies, allowing me to see more of them than I had expected, and they all looked lovely. The garden was laid out nicely with a variety of flowers and other plants to make the paths more pleasant, and between the flowers... More

This was our third visit to the butterfly garden. Our visit was made all the more interesting by Mr. Mohd, the Bengladeshi worker. He took the lizards, stick insect, butterflies and even snakes out of their cages and interacted with them. Put them on us for really great photographs. He even interacted with the scorpion and showed us that they... More
