I think we were 2 of possibly 10 visitors the day we went. Which is odd. It’s a modern complex with Islamic tones, and contains various crafts, from simple souvenirs to quite good ceramics and jewellery. And Batik of course. Well worth a potter round....More

Other than shopping, you can see them doing batik paintings, a small museum that you can learn more about their traditions and weddings. There's a little eating place, selling malay and thai food at low prices. Linked with the glass and crystal making place.

Nice place with aircon to buy gifts. There is a lady that paints incredible pictures. Also a guy that sells lovely honey and he shows you round the hives.

Worth a quick visit if your in the neighborhood.Typical tourist souvenirs.A glass blower demonstration.,a batik class you can pay and join.For me the most interesting thing was their free museum,some interesting displays.

Usually it's open 10am-6pm every day, inclusive of weekends .. I'm not too sure about public holidays however... hope that helps, regards, Karen
