Paid the ticket price of MYR 49 per person. Boat ride was efficient. As I was approaching the island, loud music was blaring. I cringed. Its a man made island. A few outlets on the island and they were all blaring different music which clashed. Small patch of sand with a swim able patch. The floatie thing was ok but just b careful as the underside of the floats had oyster shells growing which are sharp. I had a yucky cut. The whole island felt fake. If you like loud music and fake stuff, this is for you. Not for me. Left after 2 hours and passed my meal vouchers to someone else.…

We went there on 20/3/2022. The school holiday is just over and you can practically count how many tourists are there. The place is really peaceful and full of instagrammable spot. The boat service is really efficient. The food is quite pricey though.

The booking time slot is irrelevant. We booked for 3pm but went there earlier as there’s always a boat available. The staff are very friendly and helpful too! We did the banana boat ride and zip line: boat was a very good experience and fun, however the zip line was not. It was extremely underwhelming, very short distance and you basically DO NOT fly over the Andaman sea as advertised. The food and drinks were pretty good and decent. The beef burger was the best!…

Unforgettable and amazing experience in the island! The staff welcomed us with a refreshing shot of iced juice. The island is very clean and maintained in a very good condition. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The jet ski was extremely fun and the marshal kept a lookout for us while we jet ski without interrupting us. We even played in the floating aquapark, which we found quite challenging due to the hot weather. They even provided shampoo in the shower, which is a plus for us.…

The spot and surrounding of this place is really good! But, the service is not there at all at the bar. There was no welcoming, I had to wait for 20 minutes till someone could finally ask what I would like to drink? Then another long wait for the drink! Finally, when the drink arrived I was thinking to just forget all the bad start and enjoy the moment but guess what? The cocktail sucks and taste like nothing. I tried to pass my feedback to one of the lady staff but she didn’t even bother to care. To be honest I find her rude. I’m there to have a relaxing time and this is what I experience? Not forgetting, we are still in a pre pandemic situation whereby SOP has to monitored strictly especially the staff itself not wearing mask vaping infront your customers and endangering both sides?? Not recommended and not worth our penny. Service really needs to be improved.…
