Adult is rm2 Children rm1 I think this zoo has the cheapest entrance fee. Though it's small but it's so worth it as we could see the tiger and other animals quite closely. I prefer this place more compared to the taping zoo. My girl enjoyed the visit.

The entrance fee was very cheap at RM2 per adult. Lots of animals in there and really worth the money. Its not suitable to bring stroller.

This was my third visit I guess. The entrance fee is really cheap. Overall, we are satisfied with what we have experienced/saw there. What? The animals of course.

From outside the zoo look small but I'm surprise inside is quite big and hapening. Tickets are only RM2 for adult. So cheap. Inside have a place selling food so dont worry you will get hungry. They will ask you to photoshot then you can buy the prints on your way out if you like. Its RM45 or RM50 with... More

It was a huge area however animals are scarce. Some like the tigers and hippos are skinny and look malnourished. Could be much better since it is the only zoo in JB town

Was there with a few friends after Friday prayers as the mosque is nearby. It is super affordable and those who are daring enough can feed the animals there especially the always-hungry camels. Dont expect some high class zoo like Singapore Zoo. This is a "good enough" zoo. Interesting array of animals, rumoured to be favorite animals of the royal... More

We spent a couple of hours here and it was a pleasant break in a green leafy environment. There were quite a few interesting animals - lions, Sumatran tigers, sun bears , snakes, crocodiles, monkeys and hippo. The cages were rather run down so not like Singapore zoo or the Australian zoos but most of the animals looked happy enough... More

This zoo is in sad conditions. The security is not very good (crocodiles was behind a vague fence). Some animals have sad comditions, one tiger seemed absolutely mental instable circling around and around. The walking path are not connected and the zoo is in sad conditions. You pay only 2 rm in entrance, maybe a higher entrance could support rebuilds?

The same way you cant judge a poor man for not having a Lamborghini you cant judge Johor Zoo for not having state of the art facilities. The zoo is vary old and still retains that concrete and steel bars look that most south east Asian zoos have but this parks animals all look content and there was no signs... More

The zoo is clean and well organized with clean food selling around the stalls. This is definitely one favorite spot for families especially the children. There are animal shows for the entertainment of you folks too.
