    Tourist's favourite hangout
KSL City Mall very popular with locals & tourist especially Singaporeans on a short trip. KSL hotel connected next door so very convenient for weekenders. Mall & outside of Mall have plenty of food options so u will never go hungry. Plenty of shopping, hair & nail salons, massage shops, supermart, movie theatre & basically everything u will need. Always a winner in terms of attracting public to spend money here. Opened 10am to 10pm so u can pretty stay the whole day here.

    Super friendly staff and service
It was our first visit to Studio M and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist. She then assign us to my creative hair stylist Eddy and JY. My husband was assigned to Jay and he recommended him to do a soft perm. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I love my new hair color and will definitely book for my next appointment soon!

    Older, cluttered, directionless
One of the oldest malls in JB, it’s packed with local stalls. No clear directory! 2 floors of beauty and massage There are deals to be had in the pop up foyer shops, but cluttery to get around. A drop off kids playground in the basement.

Average mall with alot of eateries nearby
Good place for massage. Alot of saloon. Just nice to shop for the needs. Outside the mall is full with smokers. Don't know if it's smoke designated area. Wekeend is congested with people especially Singaporeans who come for shopping.

I had no intention of repairing my cracked iPhone 11 pro screen initially but I saw that the booths at ground floor did repairs on the spot. Many of the different booths are actually all under the same company. They overcharged me 380rm instead of the original 350rm. Only after I stayed on to clarify the prices did they return my cash. Worse was when I got back to singapore, I realised one of my phone's screws is missing. The repairman did not let me check the phone before he put on the complimentary screen protector and my phone case, and I did not think of inspecting the phone as well as I was trying to find out why the prices I was quoted differed. I did not get the booth's name but the picture attached is of that booth with the repairman that did my phone's repair.

It has everything. From entertainment to food and shopping. There’s a cinema, karaoke, arcade. It has a few massage and spa places. Shopping is everywhere inside the mall. Food they have all kinds of varieties. Parking wise you don’t have to worry about safety as there are security Guards patrolling on their bikes every time. Cleanliness could be improved but it’s still decent and acceptable. Everything is great there as it is cheap and fun.

Have been to this mall upteen times. Always love that it have got Watson's and Tesco. Many hp accessories, hair salon, nail salon, and some massage shops. Clothes are not trendy enough. It's a great mall for a first time, not huge enough to get lost. But good enough to spend half a day exploring.

Was in KSL Mall few days ago, shop variety is even lesser. So many claw machines arcade, phone accessories stalls. Clothes type not much style. Outside the mall, a lot of changes. A lot of car servicing shops instead catering to Singapore vehicles. Had lunch at one of the bak ku teh restaurant outside the mall.

I just came back from KSL yesterday after haven't been there for almost 2 months. While I was shopping at Tesco supermarket, one teenage Chinese boy with spectacle aged about 13 to 16 approached me in Mandarin asking for RM10. I ignored him and walked away and he came to me again asking whether I wanted to give or not (so rude)! I waved my hands to indicate that no. Then he walked away. This is my first time encountering such thing happening. As I have not been there for 2 months, I do not know if this boy has started this approaching recently or he is really in need of the money. However whatever it is, I won't talk to strangers and neither do I give money to anyone. Basically I find that if you don't have enough money, don't buy and approaching in such a rude manner will not help. So to all shoppers out there, if you come across such incident, please ignore.

Next, I was cheated by the cashier at the Tesco. She over charged me for RM2.02. Though it was a small sum but that is not the way because I noticed that she scanned the item first and later saw with duplicated item, she just multiplied. As I was in a hurry, I only realised this when I came back. So to all shoppers there, please check if they charged you correctly.

Finally, if you spent more than RM 15.00 at Tesco, take the receipt and redeem for a free parking at the customer service counter near the trolley area.

My friend and I frequent KSL Mall for a long time, but recently over two week Fridays both of our motorcycle have our front brake caliper and pump stolen, strip off the bike literally. We thought what can go wrong with security in multi storey car park. We were wrong, the thief just strip off the parts within an hour.
This is quite sickening experience, and make us think twice of visiting KSL mall any more. It is really a pity, nice place to shop and eat but theft still happens in broad daylight.
The mall management should step up their security. We are avoiding KSL mall now is such a pity.

If there is 10 stars, I would pick that instead. It's so hard for me to find a good and affordable salon in Singapore thus I went to JB. I tried Govin first time last year and I fell in love with everything there. The attentive and friendly staff (you can even feel it is a fun and harmony working environment), professional hair stylist and assistant, best shampoo (I felt like I had never washed my hair before as after the hair wash I felt my scalp was so refreshed and finally can breathe) and etc. Today I visited them again to colour my hair. Before this, tons of hair stylists told me the same thing: I cannot achieve ash colour if I don't bleach due to my hair condition. But you know what, my excellent hair stylist Jay proved them wrong. I have finally gotten my long awaited ash greenish brown!!!!!!! His assistant was also so passionate to share tips with me on how to take care of my hair, it was really a fun hair do that I didn't even feel the 2.5 hours were long. NOBODY had ever sell me any product but I was the one who asked them about it because their products are so so fantastic. Worth the travel from SG and definitely worth the money! :)
