Having spent a fantastic night at Pata Pata 2 years ago, we decided that it was a must visit on our return. What a let down. Poorly trained staff who did not seem interested in serving drinks, and a DJ who couldn't mix batter.
My advice - don't bother. Not worth the tuktuk ride

If you love disco nights around Malindi, this is the place to be.....very loud music, good ambiance and good food and most of the drinks are pocket friendly. Waiters are also very friendly and welcoming :)

Noisy huge nightclub on the beach. It cosists of a big round roof with only one side walled in and an extrensive open air area. The music is good, the people watching the best in Malindi and the drinks are generous and cheap. So what else do you need?

Has a proper dance floor good set up. Although almost all the seats had a "Reserved" sign, took a while before getting a waiter.

A night out was the best way to end a holiday in Malindi and Pata Pata Beach Club gave us a great evening effortlessly. The DJ made sure revelers never left the dance floor. His eclectic mix of African, pop, rock and other genres of music kept the crowd going through the night. The place starts filling up towards 2am, and it is a bit pricey compared to other clubs but it is worth every shilling.

Although Pata Pata doesn't get going until late, you can really enjoy the atmosphere of an exclusive night club. A little pricey , but not by UK levels. Great Night Out

This is the best nightclub in Kenya! I visited this place for the first time and was truly impressed, a must visit if you are in Malindi over a Saturday night.

Beautiful and gigantic beach club overlooking the Malindi coast with a capacity for 4000people. Frequented both by Italian and Kenyan locals as well as tourists - in the middle of off season this place managed to draw in 300 people still! Gigantic dance floor, beautiful pool with an island VIP table, plenty of lounge space and outdoors areas makes this a great locale for partying like it's spring break 365 days of the year. 300ksh cover per person and reasonably price drinks.
