JR福島駅東口改札から、歩いてすぐの場所にあるコムコム前に新しいモニュメントが設置されたのですが、わざわざ見に行くほどの物でもありませんでした。通りがかりで十分。2018年8月に設置されたそうですがすぐに撤去されました。大きいモニュメントでした。市内のどこかに保管されているとのこと。

あまり知られていませんが、月に1回金曜日の夜に大人のためのプラネタリウム投影があります。
テーマも大人向けの特別なもので、会社帰りの大人たちで賑わっています。公共施設なので料金も手ごろです。
子供のための施設で、様々な子供向けワークショップがあり、時々発表会なども開催されており、こちらも子供たちの頑張りが楽しいイベントです。

初めてプラネタリウムで映画を見ました。後方の席が良いとのアナウンスがあり、皆さん後方へ着席。全部で1時間かからない内容で子供でも飽きない内容。300円ですから安いと思います。福島市内から見た夜の星座など身近な紹介も良かった。

福島駅東口から徒歩５分程度。とても綺麗な館内の１階ホールに訪問しましたが、綺麗で椅子も座り心地が良かったです。プラネタリウムも観れるようなので次回の楽しみとなりました。

福島駅の近くにありますね。プラネタリウムを観に行きました。プラネタリウムは映画でしたが落ち着きますね。こびとの展示もやっていて子どもたちははしゃいでいました。遊びの広場みたいなところもあり、結構楽しめますよ。

子供を連れてよく行きますが、プラネタリウムの内容は酷いです。
某人気キャラクターが登場するアニメばかり流しているので、まともな星の解説など聞くことが出来ません。
いく時間にもよりますが、星座解説が自動音声だったりまるで原稿用紙を棒読みするような話し方をする下手な解説者もいます。
それでも大人は300円、子どもは100円掛かりますから本当にがっかりしてしまいます。

「こむこむ」へ行ってきました。年間を通して様々なイベントを開催しています。ホールで地元の吹奏楽部の中学生が演奏していました。上手かったです。

２階に自習広い自習スペースがあります。地元の高校生もいますが、そんなに混んでいません。東京だと自習室＝有料、ですが、学会/研究会の準備などにも使えるスペースだと思います。１階の横にはNHK福島放送局があって、一般の人も使える食堂があります。

観光名所ではない。図書館や、子供さんの教育に適した場所である。JR福島駅から徒歩でいけます。小さなお子さんが多いです。
