八戸～相馬
セクション区切って歩きたい。
八戸区間はとにかく海の景色が素晴らしい。季節変えてリピートしたいです。
半日で蕪島～種差海岸のんびり歩くの楽しいかも。
冬はマップ上の水場もトイレもほぼほぼ使えなかったので注意

環境省の整備した自然歩道のひとつ「東北太平洋岸自然歩道」の愛称。各自治体ごとにルートがありますが、八戸市のモデルルートしてJR鮫駅から種差海岸まで9kmほどを歩いてみました。起伏に富んでいて太平洋岸の眺めもいいのでトレッキング好きにはオススメです。

三陸復興国立公園沿いに、八戸の蕪島のあたりからはしるトレイル。一部通りましたが、雄大な太平洋と潮風が気持ちいい名所です。

階上の海岸と階上の丘を繋ぐトレイルです。訪問したときはあいにく天気に
悪かったでしたがお天気だと素晴らしい景観が楽しめそうです。
本格的に暑くなったときに再訪したいと思います。

みちのく潮風トレイルはとても長い道でその出発地点が八戸の蕪島から始まる。海岸線を遊歩道と砂浜を歩くコースが種差海岸にあるが、蕪島から浜小屋まで歩くと5時間以上かかるのではないだろうか。公式サイトで調べるか蕪島の観光案内所でパンフレットをもらった方がよい。今回は時間も無かったので、八戸市のワンコインバスを利用して種差海岸で下りて淀の松原を歩いた。時間があれば白浜海水浴場前でバスを降りて種差海岸の天然芝生にでてくるのがいいかもしれない。

環境省の仙台の出先から地図をおくってもらった。よくわからない地図。海岸のコースは自己責任で、と書いてある。芝生の海岸はよかった。階上岳にこのコースがあったので、歩こうとしたが、登山口まで遠すぎ、駅に指導票がなかったと思う。タクシーの運ちゃんは、無理ですよと。頂上から下る道は何も案内がない。こんなでたらめな地図はないと思う。どこまで日本の役人はばかか、よくわかる地図だ。

東日本大震災の復興と防災、そして三陸海岸の雄大な自然歩道をくっつけた、青森県の八戸市から福島県の相馬市までの太平洋沿岸をつないだロングトレイル。その距離700km。

Hi. We have only about 6 days to walk. Which part would you recommend. We love nature and scenic routes. This is for April next year. Would the weather be good, and do you suggest we book accommodation in advance. Kind Regards, Johanci

Aloha, my partner and I think this sounds amazing and we would like to walk a short section of the trail. We would love to spend more time, but we only have 12 days in Japan total and about 9 days in Tohoku. We have good fitness and would love to see the beautiful coastal views. I would appreciate any advice about a section with good links to transportation so we can access the trail section easily. Mahalo lui noa.
