Beautiful place to visit. Small entrance fee. Beautiful view. Eating options available. A beautiful promenade is present behind the building. We took many photos. Sunset looks beautiful. One can visit in the morning or evening. Very close to Aomori station

The building is actually quite big but it has only two publicly accessible floor. First floor hosts shops selling local produce and souvenir, second floor hosts lounges and a few kiosks. Second floor is very quiet.

This place was the best place to see Aomori City and the Pacific Ocean. A quiet spot to enjoy the city view and ocean view at the same time since there isn't a lot of tourists visiting this spot.
