The building is actually quite big but it has only two publicly accessible floor. First floor hosts shops selling local produce and souvenir, second floor hosts lounges and a few kiosks. Second floor is very quiet.

This place was the best place to see Aomori City and the Pacific Ocean. A quiet spot to enjoy the city view and ocean view at the same time since there isn't a lot of tourists visiting this spot.

ASPAM was very close to where the Celebrity Millennium was docked. We only had a limited amount of time, so we were just able to shop at the stores on the main level. The building has many other displays, presentations and restaurant on different levels.
