地蔵盆のお茶会に参加しました

地蔵盆のお茶会のチケットが入手できたので行ってみました。夜のお寺の雰囲気はなかなか良く、お茶菓子と抹茶をいただいて癒されました。

参道青石とイノシシ

瑞厳寺は境内がかなり広かった記憶があります。地蔵尊、水子地蔵尊、天狗松など見る場所が多かったです。庭園があったのですが、イノシシに荒らされていて休園になってました。自然が豊富ということなのでしょう。

徳島市指定のイチョウ

立派な門を入ってすぐに、徳島市指定樹木のイチョウの木がありました。そびえ立つ立派なイチョウです。ホテル街に近く、散策先に最適です。

住職の話は面白い

玄関の入口で呼び鈴を押して拝観料300円を払えば「後はご自由にどうぞ」という方式です
眉山の山裾を取り入れた見事な回遊式の庭園で寛げます
特に桜と紅葉の時期はお勧めです
庭園には有名な切支丹灯篭や藩祖蜂須賀小六が蹴り割ったという（ほんまかいな）石橋もあります

玄関先には銘水が湧き出ていて地元の人が良く汲んでいます
確かお願いすればほぼ実費でお抹茶を点ててご馳走してくれます
その時の住職さんの話は中々面白いです

イノシシ

2月中旬でも緑が多いなと感じるお寺でした。イノシシが出没するらしく庭園は立ち入り禁止とされていて見られませんでした。

景色が素晴らしい！

寺町界隈で色々なお寺を見ましたが…ここが一番、徳島で印象に残ったお寺です。というのも、道の突き当たりに位置し、奥へ奥へとお寺の敷地が続いているからです。また、景色もよく私以外の参拝客にも巡り会いました。とても掃除が行き届いていることもあり、景色が良かったです。駅からも歩けるので、日本庭園に興味がある人には是非！オススメです。

ぶらりと散歩がてら

立ち寄りました。
庭園に入るには３００円必用ですが、値段以上に
見応えが有りますね。
周辺には、お寺が多く何が何やら見たいな感じに
成ります。

趣は鄙びたお寺

徳島市東山手町にある臨済宗妙心寺派の寺院　鳳祥山　瑞巌寺。
本堂など建物はそれ程興味を引く物ではありませんでした、庭園が素晴らしい様ですが誰も居なくて入園できませんでした。

地蔵尊と偽った切支丹（きりしたん）灯籠

眉山の山麓に立つ禅寺です。臨済宗妙心寺派のお寺だそうです。シンプルですがすごく洗練された風情のあるお庭でした。池泉回遊式と言われているそうで山麓の斜面を巧みに利用した設計されています。私は気に入りました。庭園には茶室や三重宝塔などもあります。でも一番印象に残ったのは江戸時代にキリスト教が禁止されていた時に隠れキリシタンが灯籠にマリア像を刻み、地蔵尊と偽った切支丹（きりしたん）灯籠です。あと確か拝観料は300円ほどだったと思います。
