This is a place to shop where local people go. It contains restaurants, a food court, a grocery store, and other stores where you can buy everything from clothing to household goods. if you want to buy food items for gifts they are less expensive in the grocery store here then elsewhere. Tokuyu Hands is a great store with stationary products and other items that make nice gifts and souvenirs. This is a good place to go if it's raining because it's entirely indoors. It's a short walk to the monorail.

This is a nice mall to visit once you are done shopping at the Kokusai Dori International Street. It is not crowded and takes about a 5-10 min walk from the Omoromachi monorail station. They have many fashion shops, various small eateries & restaurants, a food court, and a large supermarket.

My brother in law and I went to the Mall with a friend from Okinawa. The mall was very clean and was a good place to shop with many stores located within. We only found this mall as our friend took us to a restaurant inside. We walked around the mall and did a bit of shopping after supper. Great mall with all the amenities.

This mall has many shops selling clothing, crafts, electronics, cosmetics and a supermarket. There are several restaurants, cafes and a foodcourt. The fashion shops carry local brands. Most of the shops had sales going on when we were there so some of the prices were rather attractive. Worth paying a visit to this mall after you have enough of the souvenir shopping at the International Street where all the shops sell more or less the same stuff. Be prepared to spend at least half a day at Naha Main Place!

I visited Okinawa for the first time and wanted to get some snacks. I was told San-A in Main Place is the biggest one. I ended up getting about 20 different kinds of candies. Then I also saw certain food items were marked with 10-30% off as it was around 7 pm. That was a win for me as I get to try several types of food. Bought some strawberries for ¥500 and it was super delicious!
They accept credit cards and have tax free options too!

Interesting to visit a local mall. Many Japanese clothing brands, a big supermarket, beauty products stores, etc.

We spend about 1.5 hours here. Bought some Japanese Clothings. There were good discounts. Dont think made in Japan though.

Bought beauty products as well. So overall a good mall to browse japanese fashion.

There was a bag, wallet concept store selling coach, anna sui, katespade, tsumori chisato wallets but i find very expensive. Example, a katespade walket costs S$400?

In another shop known as concept style, it sells shoes, clothings, belts, bags, etc but of lower quality. The slippers were made in thailand. So again, do not carry home these items if you are visiting chachuchak any time soon.

When in Japan, buy Japanese items. This is our shopping guide 101.

As this was our last evening to shop, we just buy whatever we need ala minute.

Still, a good experience to look into local products and lifestyle.

This one is where the locals shop. On one hand you have a flurry of independant shops and one massive floor for an anchor shop. On the other you havea massive supermarket offering whatever a continental superstore would offer. Funny to wander in the aisles and see what is on offer and inevitably buy stuff.
