Humongous
Mar 2019 • Family
Huge shopping mall located just right opposite of the entrance of international street.

It featured ten levels in total and a great number of famous shops like muji. There was a sky garden on the tenth floor which looked more like a smoking area to me. There were a number of eateries that I saw at level one as well like the Japanese fast-food chain MOS burgers.

Top Store in Naha!
Jan 2019 • Solo
Visiting Okinawa from nearby South Korea for a few days, my intention was always to squeeze in a bit of essential shopping between the planned sightseeing activities. Skipping breakfast in the hotel on my first morning, I headed out on the monorail to 'Prefectural Office' Station which is bridge-linked to the Ryubo Department Store. Whilst the Store itself doesn't open until 10:30am, there is a Dept, Store food outlet on the same level as the Station which opens earlier so I can recommend the pancakes with maple syrup prior to embarking on any serious shopping.
In no time I had checked-off all the items on my list (cosmetics, Japanese ceramic knives and other kitchenware items), located the counter on the 1st floor where you get the tax refunds and was able to resume my sightseeing activities before lunch.
By far the top store in Naha, I returned of an evening a couple of days later for a more leisurely look around.

Cute Stores and Tempting Desserts
Jan 2019 • Family
This Mall has shops with tempting scrumptious desserts, cakes, chocolates, and pastries on the first floor. It also has clothing, stationary, cute novelty stores, and restaurants throughout. Close to the downtown tourist shopping district. Recommended.

The ususl big mall
May 2018 • Couples
All the usual suspects are there cosmetics a plenty, cloths, watches, shoes and everything a big mall offers and the only one on this street. Escalator going up no car parking so get a bus or taxi. Clean and save, you pay solid western prices

Tyical Japanese Department Store
Feb 2018 • Friends
Your conventional Japanese department store at the west end of Kokusai Dori. This store has everything and the prices were reasonable. Service was good. There's also a Pokemon shop where I was able to buy some Okinawa-exclusive toys for my niece.

Traditional Ryukyu Cruisine at Ryubo Mall
Dec 2016 • Family
We chanced upon this restaurant at the basement of Ryubo Mall. The traditional Ryukyu cruisine is like home-prepared, with basic ingredients and so delicious. The owner is not able to communicate in English and we are thankful for the food pictures. We ordered all the must-eat dishes such as goya, eggplant & tofu soup (which is my favourite).

3/5
Aug 2017 • Couples
Came here as part of our shipping day, here is what we think:

Ambience: 3/5
Cleanliness: 5/5
Physical Ease: 5/5
Fun: 3/5
Value for Money: 2/5 (Depends on what you buy)

The Good: Quaint Japanese shopping mall that is near Kokusai Dori with everything we need from a shopping mall.

The Bad: Expensive items here, hard to find good deals, movies are a little to the classical style, overall expensive and quaint feel.

The Bottom Line: We would browse by here if we have time, otherwise other shopping centres have better deals.

Downtown main shopping mall
Aug 2017 • Couples
A bit old fashioned but in a good way when it comes to food on the ground floor where you can taste okinawa black tea and different varieties of green teas to the basement food court with a few restaurants and food counters + one supernarket. Go there by 19:00 ish and they discount the food so great for cheap dinerrs.

Above are fashion floors although nothing exciting save the homeware products

Service is outstanding
Apr 2017 • Couples
On the very main road of city Naha there is a big 9 floors shopping mall. Here can be found everything for the home, such as kitchen items, bedrooms items, clothes for children and adults, a big book shop etc. Not top luxury but Ok. I bought here two UV-protected hats and one beautiful top. Service is outstanding, everyone is smiling and welcoming you.
