This beach has a lifeguard on duty and a fenced in area to keep the jellyfish away. It is clean and well maintained, although we didn’t use the bathroom facilities. But there’s limited shade, and the shade available is under the expressway way. It was within walking distance to our hotel so easily accessible.

this beach is fine. The view is semi-okay due to the bridge and the it is pretty crowded compared to other beaches. The swimming area is relatively small.

If you just want to lay on a beach it's okay, otherwise you should go to another beach.

This beach is about a year away from the downtown Naha area.
It's not large, but it's just a short walk from the side of Naminoue Shrine.
It was unusually dry weather for Okinawa, so I felt like going into the sea.
There were already a lot of people there, so I could only see from a distance.
There were even jet skis floating around.
It's a great way to get a feel for summer.

Nice view of beach within the city.
It is a relatively small beach that is in naha city. We visited the beach after visiting Naminoue Shrine. We have taken quite a few nice photos there at the beach.

Its not very big but its the only beach in the city really. Sharp coral chunks along waterline. 2 highway overpasses run above it. Scuba training area very close by. There are way better places in okinawa. Stinging jellyfish in swimming area warning sign up today.

The beach has nice clean beach-sand, and the water looks refreshing at this small beach, by December weather keeps most away from taking a dip

This is a small locals beach, not really for tourists. I stopped by just to check on the water temperature. Many families here and there is a netted swimming area with a life guard.

If you are not a beach person, you will still love thid place. Located within walking distance, enjoy the sea breeze and also the blue waters. Up the beach is a park, where you can venture and walk about.

This is the nearest beach from Naha city. If you would like to see the ocean of Okinawa anyway, may be recommedable to visit.
Please never expect a beach resort to the place :)
