Awamori distillery that has a tour of the plant... it was educational. it was eye opening. whatever you do, getting there is already half the fun through the back streets of the Castle area.! ENJOY!

Visited here after the castle and got a fantastic tasting of 5 types of Awamori, which is manufactured and aged on site. The staff were helpful and answered our questions and they had an English language pamphlet to explain the manufacturing process.
