This is 200-300 meters high hill. From here you can see the main city and the islands surrounding it. It is worth to stop here on the way back from Kabira bay. After few pictures it's time to go back, not much to do around.

Very large park with different zones, best way is to go through the park by renting a car. The bird house in the shape of an egg is really special. Not many people you surely can enjoy a nice day here.

Banna Park is a large park located just north of Ishigaki city. If you are not from Japan and have kids, this is a great park to visit. If you are visiting during the summer months, be advised that it might be better to visit close to sunset as the sun makes some of the metal play equipment quite hot.... More

I love nature, but I don't have enough time to enjoying my time here.! Banna park is very large so it's will take 3-5 hours to spent time here.! It's good for walking, running, and animals photo hunting here.! If you spent more time in Ishigaki I think this place will be good for you to more closely to nature!

Several lookout points offers unobstructed views of the island from an elevated location. There were several species of birds that we could hear in the trees and saw several people jogging on the park road. It's a real nice spot to picnic so bring a meal with you as well.

This is a very beautiful park with many places to see the nature from unique vantage points. A car is essential and some binoculars are recommended. We took it all in on an overcast day and appreciated the nights, sea and wildlife (falcon hanging out on a power pole). Fortunately there is little commercialization (so bring your own whatever). Restrooms... More

A huge, gorgeous, superbly maintained park amidst the jungle. If you have half a day you will enjoy walking around the park to see the various artistic installations (many climbable structures that kids will love) and the gorgeous plants and trees. The paths throughout the park are extremely wide and smooth, perfect for cycling or skating. This place sets the... More

There were a couple of places in Banna park to see some great views of the island. The place is well kept and very clean. Beautiful sunset can be viewed here.

Nice and clean park. Clear guidance and a lot of room for parking. Many tables and seats so recommended place to go for a small picnic.
