This place is nuts. We live in the Netherlands and it was spooky how accurate the architecture on the theme park ‘streets’ is. We had a lot of fun taking photos and pretending we were back home early. There aren’t any proper rides (just some naff simulators) and the food is standard Japanese fayre rather than European, but a very amusing afternoon.

Enjoyed the food the views and the fun Virtual Reality attractions. It’s a bit expensive so come early and plan on staying all day. Food and beverages are good but a bit expensive.

Many people said Huis Ten Bosch is expensive but i can assure you that it is worth the money. We had a wonderful time in HTB. Seating in a cafe n watching a live band n a group of visitors dancing bringing good old memories. When the lights of kingdoms was about to start everyone was waiting patiently. Here comes the amazing grace song with the beautiful lights all over HTB. The moment was touching n felt with great satisfaction. The ride in merry goes round was good too as we can enjoy many beautiful lights. If you r visiting nagasaki or sasebo, Huis Ten Bosch is a place that you must visit because it will bring a lot of joy to you.

Went to Huis Ten Bosch to see their Winter Illumination. It was very cold but fantastic! Their lights display and water shows are impressive! We just rode the gondola and the ferris wheel so the entrance fee was very pricey. I would like to go back there someday to see the flowers.

I spent a whole day exploring Huis Ten Bosch, and feel I still left a bunch out. I had such a fun day here I can't wait to come back. Apart from all of the attractions I feel the town itself is beautiful and nicely made, it did remind me of The Netherlands with the canals and building architecture. I have been to other "Dutch" towns throughout the world, and this is by far the nicest. They have a lot of attractions and games here, I recommend doing them early as wait times tend to get long, I felt it was a bit odd to have the haunted houses around Christmas time, but it was fun! It is Christmas time, and their market and decorations were beautiful, I felt like I was at a European market. Lastly, the lights, they were incredible. The light garden, and wave of lights was so impressive. Although Huis Ten Bosch is an amusement park, it doesn't feel like it, I had an amazing time here, highly recommended!
