Tons of shops and restaurants to try. Very large and clean. I spent 3 days trying out some of the restaurants here and was pleased by all of them.

The most spacious shopping area I have ever seen in Japan. Not very crowded when we visited during a Tuesday afternoon and evening in April 2018. Nice mix of shops and restaurants so we had little trouble finding things we were interested in.

It is a loooong shopping street, and worthy to note that it is full of people even after 9.30pm. Loved it. Love the liveliness of this place as well.

You are asking about a street within the city of Kumamoto. If the cruise lets you get off and see the city, then you can visit it.

What are you going to do in Kisshoji Temple on 21? Other 3 in Kitakyushu is within walking distance from Kokura station. How are you going to Kisshoji? Seems too much on 23 in Nagasaki. Its technically possible, but it won't be practical for pleasure travel.
