This is the hot spring in Healthy Land Spa. With the great view ahead and a sand bath 'Sunamushi Sayuri', this is definitely must-try in Ibusuki. - Changing male/female onsens are facing different directions. Depending on visit date, you can see Takeyama or Kaimondake with...More

This place is pure Kyushu: an open air hot springs with magnificent views of Mount Kaimondake and a view of Kagoshima bay opening into the Pacific ocean - all in a sub-tropical setting. After a day exploring the Ibusuki peninsula, this is the perfect way...More

It is a combination of several fantastic activities in a huge complex. Do recomment Sand Bath (unique experience) and Rotenburo (open air hotspring) enjoying gorgeous views. MUST DO!!!

We never expected to find such a magical place when looking for this onsen, because we were a bit disappointed by Ibusuki. Whaow ! The view is just fantastic, between replicas of Mt Fuji and Rio's 'pain de sucre' and the sea. We were there...More

The place is a bit hard to find, we had to make a couple of stops to enquire before we actually reached the destination. Would be best if you drive there. Don't expect a luxurious onsen. It is very basic and old and please remember...More

A great onsen with an amazing view! It was incredibly peaceful when I went there in the summer of 2015. It was only me at the beginning so I enjoyed every inch of onsen trying to see this breathtaking view from different angles. And the...More

The perfect open air onsen. Although the location isn't as convenient, but the view is very rewarding, definitely a must visit spot in Ibusuki. The male and female onsen swaps daily, one is certainly better than the other, so whether you get the Mt. Kaimon...More
