These 2 parks in the middle of Fukuoka-town offer a wellcome relaxing change from the busy citylife. Lots of beautifull flowers and trees and one BIG lake with a boathouse and a coffeeshop to take a break.

Such a beautiful place to go for a walk. Very nice colours and the smell in the air is charismatic. Come alone or with people, their views and the peace, will be enjoyable.

During sakura (cherry blossom) this is the center of the universe, just unbelievably gorgeous. The rest of the year it's a good location adjacent to the castle ruins and Ohori park.
