We spent a happy 3 hours enjoying the beautiful marine life in huge tanks. There’s a small petting area so kids can touch star fish and more. We also managed to watch the otters being fed which was a nice show in itself.
We took 600 kids to marine world as part of their summer camp. Recommend for families or even someone traveling alone. Nearly everything is indoors so you can enjoy this place on a rainy day. The Hokkaido crab stands 3 feet tall!!

We walked over to the Marine World after spending the morning cycling at the Uminonakamichi Park next door. Lunch at the Marine World's Cafe was very nice with a beautiful view of the aquarium, the food was nice and tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed the dolphin show....More
The marine world is baby friendly. We had a stroller and all sessions are easily accessible. The place is very clean.
There are a vast variety of sea creatures and the dolphins show is a must see experience.
