Thank you Miss Nishimura Tomomi of Aeon Mall Wakayama!

As I told Miss Nishimura Tomomi of the Men's Suit session, situated on the 1st floor of Aeon Mall Wakayama, though I got on the wrong train but I got the right people. I supposed to go to another Aeon Mall in Sennan, only a few stops from Kansai International Airport, coz I was there in JUN and found some nice suits when I was about to to leave the mall. So I planned to go back to check it out. But this time instead of taking Nankai Main Line local train, I got on the the express train which doesnt stop at Sennan. I then remembered there is another Aeon Mall in Wakayama and the express train has a stop there. More, the train station and Aeon Mall is connected by a footbridge. On that rainy day, my umbrella seemed disappointed. I used Google Translate to communicate with Miss Nishimura and to ask for her professional advice on the size, quality and matching of the suits. We chose the suit first, then the shirt and lastly the tie. In between, Miss Nishimura found me a right pair of leather shoes as well. Overall, it was a long process because we had to rely on our cell phone to get our ideas n thoughts exchanged. It was fun though. I had been to Japan many times but this was my very first time to experience 'The' Japanese customer service. Very personalised and detailed. When we got the right match on those items, Miss Nishimura even cheered up for me. I had enjoyed the service so much that I didnt even want it to end, just like one in barber shop. I was so impressed and happy when I left Aeon Mall Wakayama and I cant recall any where I had been to that an employee from a shopping mall, not a brand name shop, had served and had satisfied me to that great extent. Everything about Japanese customer service was beautifully and professionally presented to me by Miss Nishimura Tomomi. My heartfelt thanks to her for this remarkable service experience.

I like this shpping mall very much as it is family oriented, spacious and lots of local shops. It is easy access by train and there was no tourist when I visited.

Large AEON with a large supermarket and of course a very good food court.

I regularly come to this mall whenever I need to do some shopping.
It's easy to access by car, with many parking spaces (and is free to park). Outside of the mall there is a train station, so also easy to get there by train.
It's pretty huge with many shops and restaurants, but easy to walk around.
I always feel comfortable there, many places to sit, lots of toilets. It's very family friendly, kids toilets, baby feeding rooms, an area with shops that are suitable for kids, cute trolleys that children can sit in.
There's another Aeon mall in Osaka that's near to Wakayama (from where I live both are the same distance), but I much prefer this one. Shops are better, and nicer atmosphere/design.

Nice mall to visit. The food court serves very good food and the environment is clean & cosy.
They have H&M & Old Navy outlets in the mall. Others are mainly some local shops.
It is a great place to shop, eat & relax.
A direct bus service is available from Wakayama station. It takes approximately 35mins to reach Aeon.
