It goes up on the Biwako Valley Ropeway, the fastest in Japan, and is located in the Biwako Valley (both posted separately), known as a ski resort. The Main area, adjacent to the summit station, has a grand terrace and a north terrace, both of which overlook the majestic Lake Biwa, and a blue tiled basin at the end of the wood deck, creating a sense of unity between the sky and the lake. At the top of the mountain, after two lifts, is the Café 360 area, a large arched wood deck with 360-degree panoramas, but when I visited, I didn't know if it was out of business or under construction, but I was disappointed not to be able to experience it.

Great place to visit in summer to escape the heat and humidity, however as it is at the top of a mountain, can be cloudy and the views are no so great then.

Thanks for your help.
The activity was not possible due to the rain, but I was glad to have an extraordinary overnight experience. Food, toilet and bath (with open-air hot spring bath) were separate buildings and had to be moved each time, but the satisfaction was high.
I used a domed glamping facility, and what caught my attention a little was the sound of the motorway running nearby (it is a tent facility so there is no sound insulation) and the fact that it was very difficult to control the temperature of the room.

Weekday morning heat stroke alert
You head to the parking lot, and they pull you over in the distance because it's full.
It's a huge slope, so can I take a stroller with me? Sometimes I'm like, "You can hold him and go up."
It's heavy, and I say, "Well, lol."
Not only Japanese customers but also many foreign customers have to push up here? And he says, "There's so much to be done."
When you give up and start walking, the parking lot close to the gondola is empty and not full...
Oh. And the attendant there told me it was full, and I stopped in the distance, but when I did, I was like, "Oh, yeah, I'm sorry," which was annoying...
I'm uncomfortable knowing better when I get on the gondola, Max.
What makes a stroller, a cuddly cord, sweat down a zero barrier-free sidewalk?
You want me to have heat stroke?
You can get out of the gondola, and you're not barrier-free, and you can just hold it.

It's a really tough facility for stroller families.
