巨岩を祀る神秘的な神社

柳生の里を訪れた際には是非立ち寄っていただいたい。
鳥居をくぐってまず目にするのが「後立磐」と「前立磐」。
その次に「前伏磐」「きんちゃく岩」と続く。
拝殿を参拝し、更に奥に行くと「一刀岩」がある。

異様な雰囲気

今回の旅で柳生の里に行ってみたかった。時代小説では何度も触れてきたが、柳生の里に出かけるのは初めてである。昼は済ませ、情報収集。店で聞いたスポットがここ。近くには柳生石舟斎にちなむ一刀石があるという。歩いて山道を上る。柳生が修行をした場所でもある。異様な雰囲気が漂う。天の岩戸伝説もあり。御神体は大きな岩である。

奈良で一番好きな神社です。岩が御神体で、すごい神秘的です。現代アートみたいで、ずっとみていられます。奥には一刀石というのもあります。

鬼滅の刃でブームです

天石立神社は、ここの神社の御神体は、寄り添うように立った2つの立石、丸く大きな岩、三角錐を寝かせた岩です。昔は、柳生一族の修練の場でした。現在は、アニメ「鬼滅の刃」で、コスプレした参拝者が多いです。

奈良県有数のパワースポット

平安時代の「延喜式神名帳」に記載されている、古代の磐座信仰が感じられる神社で、ご神体が岩のため社殿のない神社です。鳥居をくぐると周辺の空気感が変わります。ものすごくパワーをもらえる神社で、その奧には有名な一刀石があります。
