今は立入禁止のようです

2017年3月現在、鳥インフルエンザの影響で池の回りに立ち入り規制があります。近くの別の池で鳥インフルエンザが見つかったからの措置だと思います。

春は花見の席の取り合い

池の周辺が散歩コースになっており、1.6キロあります。ウォーキングやランニング、犬の散歩をしている人がたくさんいます。
そのコース全周に桜が植わっており、公園の端にある広場（トイレあり）は、その時期になると朝から花見の席とりでブルーシートがたくさん敷かれるようです。（広場周辺の桜はソメイヨシノだったと思います）
桜の種類も八重桜もあるようで、この時期は散歩だけでも楽しめると思います。
ただ、駐車場がないので、車で来られる方は近隣にあるコインパーキングを利用することになりますが、数が少ないです。また、この付近は交通量が多いため、路上駐車は出来ません。

桜の花見と、池を一周する散策路。

ワシントンDCから里帰りしたポトマック河畔の桜があります。
遠く、宇宙から帰った「宇宙桜」は市内の伊丹市立こども文化科学館の敷地に在ります。
未だ樹が小さいですが、三春の滝桜も何本か花をつけています。
瑞ヶ池を一周する遊歩道は、市民の運動やジョギング、咲く歩によく利用されています。
観光としては、桜の花見時期には、公園一帯がピンクに染まります。
池の西側は花見客でにぎわい、ブルーシートのスペースや自販機、トイレが完備しています。
池の南側と東側は染井吉野が多く咲き、トンネル状態になります。
池畔の道の北側は、八重桜の歩道で花見客はいません。

最後に、伊丹市の日の出と飛行機の撮影場所として、よく利用させてもらっています。
駐車場は、西側に有料の駐車場があり、よく利用させてもらっています。

桜並木が美しい

桜並木が美しい公園です。生憎の天候で花見客は少なかったですが、例年は結構混み合うらしいです。近隣に駐車場があまりないのが残念。

航空機撮影の隠れたスポット

瑞ケ池（ずがいけ）とその周囲が公園になっています。
周囲1.6キロ程度で、地元の人のウフォーキングやジョギングコースになっています。
池そのものでは土日に小学生のための初心者ヨット教室なども開かれています。

春は桜がきれいですし、夏場はスカーンと晴れた空に伊丹空港から離陸した飛行機が真上を通りますので、絶好の撮影ポイントです。
ただし、駐車場がないので伊丹市営バスか阪急バスで。

貯水池を公園に　トイレも充実

飲料用水池の周りが公園になっています。
ジョギングなどを楽しむ方もたくさんいますが、周りのせせらぎでは小さなエビなども採れます。

都会のオアシス

花見に行ってきましたがちょっと遅かったので3割ほど葉ザクラでした。ここは一周1、6キロらしいので運動を兼ねて訪問すべき場所だね。池に近付けず見るだけなのが残念。

伊丹市民なら思い出の場所

池の一周は1.6kmくらいです。サイクリングやジョギング、犬の散歩でにぎわいます。近隣の中学校や高校の長距離走の授業で使用されるメッカです。冬は風が強いです。池の北東端は鶴田団地/阪急伊丹方面の路線のバス停留所があり、三菱電機の事業所が池の北側にあり、意外と交通の要所でもあります。池についてはあまり生態的価値はないように思われますが、昔ヤツメウナギやゲンゴロウが捕獲されたという話を聞いたことがあります。水の保有量はおそらく近くの昆陽池より多いのではないでしょうか。

池が広い

池が広いので子供を連れていく際は、少し注意が必要ですが季節ごとに楽しみ方が異なり、子供も喜びますのでおすすめです。
