Within the temple grounds, there is the trailhead for the Higashizaka approach.
This time, I came down Higashizaka approach and entered the temple grounds from the cemetery at the back. I was surprised to see dolls that looked like scarecrows placed here and there. Incidentally, there was also a "bus stop" style sign near the cemetery.

書写にある天台宗の寺院です。長い石段を上がると山門があり、奥が境内となっていました。山腹に当たる場所の為、境内からは見晴らしが良くなっていました。境内の横には墓地が広がり、そこから書写山に上がる東坂参道に繋がっていました。イノシシ除けと思われる扉付きでした。
