今はアトレ内にあるよ

前は浦和駅の外にあり、独立の建物に入っていたから、見つけやすかった。

現在は、浦和駅に隣接した商業施設アトレ内にあるから、やや見つけにくくなった。
ここは、昔から無料のパンフレットを作って積極的に置くなど、努力が伝わる。

例えば、遠方から浦和レッズの試合を、初めて見に来た人が、スタジアムへの行き方を尋ねるとか、色々使えると思う。

浦和駅西口をでて右側伊勢丹方向に進むとすぐ、右側にあります。
といってもひっそりと存在しているだけで、あまり利用客を見たことがないです。
浦和自体が観光地ではないので仕方ないですが。

スタッフが最悪！！

私も、私の両親も、祖父母も東京生まれ。
母が「久しぶりに浦和に行きたい。散策するために地図が欲しいな～」と言っていたので、先日、浦和駅に行った際に立ち寄りました。
スタッフの態度が最悪！！　上から目線。何様のつもり？　とても呆れました。。
あまりのにも低レベルなスタッフで驚きました。

浦和駅東口アトレの1階、サッカーストリートの隣にあります。入り口はカフェのプロントと一緒になっており、入って右側の奥です。さいたま市の観光名所の無料のパンフレットや、お土産品、レッズのチケット販売も扱っています。

こちらは浦和駅西口の改札をまっぐ出て右手のcafe prontoにあります。
案内係の方が2名いて気持ちよく挨拶いただきました。
さいたま、浦和のPRパンフレット、お土産などがありました。
残念な事にお客は1人もいませんでした。

改札を出て２０歩

駅ビルの中にあります。初めて浦和駅周辺に来たので立ち寄ってみました。狭い場所にさいたま市の観光パンフレットが所狭しと置かれています。狭いので、ふらっとは入りづらい感じ。
