1) If you're in Minatomirai I recommend ColetteMare. Also I think you'd like the shops around Yokohama station like Lumine. If you like Takeshita-dori you might wanna check the street at west exit of Yokohama station, that goes to Vivre. 2) 2nd Redbrick warehouse. 3) There's actually Sizzler inside Yokohama Landmark Tower. I recommend Yokohama Bunmei Kaikan. They have Japanese, Chinese and Western. It's in the same building. 4) you can find taxis pretty much everywhere, but the views at Minatomirai are really beautiful I think you'd enjoy strolling around.
