It is treated like a sanctuary for car lovers, but it is a decent parking area. We went there during the not-so-late night on Weekday, and it was quite crowded, including people we thought were foreign tourists. The atmosphere may change again at midnight.

Went on a Thursday. Lot was 75% packed. Not bad. Lots of R35s, 86s etc. Great first time experience. Getting back could be challenging if you don't have a ride.

We came as tourists from the Tokyo area via train and bus - about an hour) and were very expectant to see the amazing Daikoku JDM car meet on Saturday 7pm, only to discover that pedestrians can’t access the car park by foot - the entrance to the car park is on a huge loop highway off ramp,
If you want to go in, you’ll need to be inside a car.
Some of the other disappointed tourists who were on our bus tried going in by a taxi or Uber but getting home might have been difficult as we were told the taxis didn’t like having to get inside.
We didn’t want to risk getting stuck so went back to our hotel.
Would have been a great experience if we could only get inside.

Its the best place for japanese car culture you meet a lot of diffrent people. It can sometimes be difficult to talk with the Japanese people due to an language barrier but they are all very kind.
