Umihotaru which is an artificial area, free of charge to give you a chance go to observation deck to overview how the aqua line connects cities. Amazing, you shouldn't miss it.

You are literally in the middle of the sea here after traveling through a 14km (8.7 mile) long tunnel. It is the 4th longest tunnel in the world. Nice views of Tokyo landmarks can be seen on clear days.
