Visited this small museum as it was very close to where I was staying. It's a little pricey but the artefacts on display were very interesting. Mostly Edo peeiod but there was at least one set of Sengoku Jidai period armour (very much on need of restoration) on display.
The highlight would have to be the Edo period armour that you can try on, unlike the reproductions at other places. The trade off is that it's about 5 times as expensive than the reproductions and of course it's sized to fit a 19th century Japanese man (which I am not).
Photos aren't permitted in the museum and I don't remember there being wheelchair access to the second floor.

Two stories museum that displays lots of samurai armor and weapon. Not a big deal and I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. You can pay 4000yen to wear a samurai armor and have your picture taken.
