This is an amazing place to visit for the whole family. Nothing better than a themed onzen resort from coffee, red wine (are just a few) hot springs to a chilly waterslide with a pool of hot water waiting at the end. There is an...More

Huge waste of money and time. Everything is scummy and dated. Didn’t feel clean or remotely relaxing. Even with a discount we paid approximately $60aud for two adults... definitely not worth it!!!!! Absolute tourist trap. The only reason I can fathom ever returning is if...More

Is that fathomable? Yes. Where everything is made possible in Japan, deep relaxation allows for those who are hard working and play hard! Swimwear is required in the outdoor slides and indoor baths. Our favorite was Dr. Fish! It’s worth going twice or three times....More

I’ve seen photos of some Japanese water parks where you can’t see the water as it’s so busy, so I was worried about health and safety as we approached the colossal queue at 10.45am on a Monday. However, it was busy inside but not horrendous....More

A spa for when the weather is bad outside. We used the swimwear-wearing section. These pools were similar to normal public swimming pools, except for the upstairs special onsens. One was a coffee bath, others were saki, green tea and wine! Also, a pool for...More

The train station has bigger spaces i know for sure. They do provide lockers at the spa but would maybe fit a day bag. You may just pack a small bag and leave suitcase at the train station.
