It's the classiest, probably the biggest shopping mall in Tsukuba. But because of that too, the goods selling here tend to be expensive. However there is a 100Yen shop here which is Seria, one of the best place to get cheap item.

Visited Aeon which we always enjoy. Good spread of shops and of course the big supermarket with everything one needs. But we also went to a newer mall ie iias Tsukuba Mall also know as LAVA. The latter was even better and we caped off our shopping from Aeon to LAVA.

Good place to visit if you around at one of the airport hotels in Narita. Most hotels have a courtesy bus service to this mall. Good variety of restaurants and a very customer friendly Starbucks

It's big it has it all even an "Old navy" I found everything I was looking for. It is everything that you may expect from a shopping mall.

When Iias Tsukuba was created in Kenkyugakuen station area of Tsukuba, AEON department store was not included. Thus, I thought someday AEON would create its own shopping mall in Tsukuba, and it did in 2013. There are plenty of nice shops, restaurants and a movie theater with 4D theater. It's fun to come here!!…
