駅直結のビル

アパレルやレストラン、カフェ、本屋など色々なお店が入っている駅ビルです。かなり昔からありますがどんどんお店が入れ替わって使いやすくなっています。スタバが2店舗入っているのでよく電車の待ち時間に利用させてもらってます。

初めて水戸駅に行きましたがこちらのエクセルは南館、北館、本館、プラムストリートとあり自衛官水戸駅に繋がってます。本館には服屋やスタバ、カフェや惣菜など売っておりお店も多く入ってます。

標準的な駅ビルお土産を買うならミナミのほうがお勧め

水戸駅の北口側の駅ビルです。1階の食品スーパーや上階のファッション関連のお店など、どちらかというと地元の方向けだと思います。お土産などは南口にあるエクセル南のほうが充実している気がします。ただし名物のほしいもは地元向けのこちらのほうが観光客向けの南よりお勧めです。

何でもある駅ビルです。

昔からあるエクセルの建物です。下の階の食品スーパーから上階のファッションフロア迄幅広い内容のお店が入っている典型的な駅ビルです。ただ訪れる度に洒落たお店が増えてセンスが良くなってきている様に感じます。6階のレストランフロアにはとんかつの和幸や三崎丸など全国的な有名店も入っていて食事にも便利です。

水戸駅直結のビル。お土産屋が集まっているところや飲食店も多いので、水戸の住人だけではなく旅行者にも便利です。でも作りは東京の駅ビルとかに似てますね。

３月１４日に訪問
食事でもしようと水戸駅北口にあるここに入りましたが
飲食店は上の階に６、７軒ありましたがこの日食べたいものが無さそうでした。
ファッション関係が多いビルでした。
旅行で来る人にはあまり縁がないかも知れません」。

便利な駅ビル

水戸駅の北側にあるのがエクセル本館。南側のエクセルみなみよりも普通の暮らしている人向けの駅ビルです。スーパーもあって便利。1階のはなまるうどんでうどんを食べました。もう少し水戸ならではの飲食店があったら嬉しかったんですが‥。

JR水戸駅の駅ビルの専門店街。改札階が2階で、4階に無印良品とABCマート、5階に大型書店が入っています。スターバックスも入っています。

エクセル本館は、JR水戸駅に直結したショッピングモールです。３月に水戸に行った時に、食糧品を調達するのに利用しました。駅地下で大変便利です。JRの時間待ちにぶらぶらするのにもgoodな場所です。

駅ナカのショッピングモール

JR水戸駅駅ナカのショッピングモールです。
1階には食料品、2階は女性用の医療品等。
本屋さんやマッサージ店、ネイルサロン等一通り入っていました。
待ち合わせや、電車・バスなどの時間潰し、軽めの食事などに最適だと思います。
