I'm going to start off with tips for maximizing your time at the Tokyo Disney Sea. 1. Firstly, the park opens at 8AM. If you can, I'd highly recommend you buy the full day pass at 6,400 yen (since the 3PM pass is 5,000 yen...More

Criticising a Disney theme park feels like admitting to having killed Bambi, however, what should be done should be done...... Firstly, this place is spectacular. Having previously visited Anaheim and Paris parks, there is no denying that relatively, Tokyo Disneysea is visually impressive. Unfortunately, just...More

If you have to chose from one theme park to visit between Disneyland and DisneySea. I’ll pick DisneySea ever time. Loved very thing about it. Including maybe 10percent less crowds from Disneyland.

...there is no escaping! Very nice place to spend at least a day in. The hotels in the area make even multiple day stays possible. Unfortunately a great number of themes were closed on our visit.

You must go as soon as the park opens if you want to enjoy the attractions with short queues. Go to the Toy Story Mania first since it's the most popular attraction. The fast passes were gone by 10am when we went. It was overall...More

Magical place for families. It’s like reliving my childhood again with my little one while I was there. A single day passport isn’t enough if u plan on visiting both Disneyland and Sea. In popup popcorn booths, there are popcorn holders that are “limited edition”...More

You may share my initial thought…go all the way to Japan and go to Disney?! Successfully traveling with kids means compromise and including their bucket list into the plan is part of the package. As I grudgingly went along with this plan, I must say...More

Visually this place is stunning, and on a grand scale, worth going just to look around, it is really very impressive. But loads of people and big queues for everything (and we went mid week), so don't expect to get on many rides. The fast...More

One of the best theme parks I have been to. The attention to detail on the rides and the surroundings in each section of Tokyo Disneysea was amazing! Not a fan of the crowds but I recommend to get there as early as you can....More

Wonderful theme park! We visited on a week day and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We were able to get on 6 or 7 rides and stayed for the fireworks. I highly recommend visiting this theme park as it is nothing like Disneyland in CA.

It was our first time to visit Tokyo Disney Sea which is a must for any family visiting Tokyo. It is a unique experience! We love the evening shows, and my daughters loved Ariel's place. The food is generally pricey as with most Disney parks,...More

I think DisneySea is suitable for an 8 year old. I took my son to DisneySea when he was 7, and he had a blast. I think there is only one ride that is frightening, the Tower of Terror. Most of the rides are indoors, so you... More
