This centre has a small exhibition about the beginnings of Narita and shows some of the floats they use during festivities. English brochures are available there as are restrooms

The tourist information centre was very helpful in providing all the information you would need about finding you way around the airport or even about other services like getting the metro or train passes etc. They are fluent in English which is a big plus.

The Tourist Information Centre staff were very helpful. They speak English fluently so language was not a problem. They provided helpful and accurate information regarding local attractions and even things to do at the terminal.

When I had an unplanned 6 hour delay, I found this information center and the friendly lady gave me a couple of maps and highlighted for me how to get to the train to Narita, the way to get to the temple, and offered suggestions for other things to do, see, and places to eat. Really made it very easy for this accidental tourist to get out and spend a few hours exploring Japan.

I think people at the counter is always ready to answer your question. But when it tends to get busy they become confused also.
