I discovered Novaland Tours via Facebook advertising and Im glad I did! I went last week to Japan as my first solo trip and used Novaland Tours services.
My tour specialist was James and he was awesome! He responds in a timely manner and patient in answering all my questions. He modified my trip based on my needs and budget. My days in Japan were well spent because of it.
My city tour guide Ryoji was also kind and informative; he have brought me to diff places to take good pictures and great spots to eat local cuisine.
The Mt Fuji & Hakone tour was also a must try and Im glad I was booked with a good tour company- very organized and efficient.
I highly recommend Novaland tours to my friends and family and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a private Sapporo tour using Novaland Tour asissted by JAMES. He arranged all the trip according to our needs, nothing to say but really exceed my expectation. Thank you so much James!! Novaland very flexible and helpful, giving us recommendation to make sure that we can get the best out of our trip. While we were in Sapporo, our tour guide Saito san is the best, very friendly and informative. Literally we had no complaint at all and 100% satisfied with Novaland. Thank you so much Novaland, James and Saito san for making our days in Sapporo such a wonderful ones.

When Japan dropped its requirement to obtain a Visa prior to entry back in October of 2022, my wife and I decided to plan a trip to Japan over the Christmas Holiday. I sent out inquiries to 5 different companies outlining what cities we wanted to visit, our budget, etc. The responses I got back were very generic and didn't answer most of our question. The exception to this was Novaland Tours. We dealt with Whitney - she was fantastic! She wanted to make sure she understood our needs before she gave us a proposal. She made sure that our tours were exactly what we wanted and stayed within our budget. She put us in great hotels and set us up with awesome tour guides. Everything went off without a hitch.
I can't say enough good things about Whitney. She always responded to us right away with extremely detailed answers. She also checked in with us during the trip to make sure we were happy and continues to communicate with us - sending us pictures that our guides took of us during our tours.
Novaland Tours has expertise all over the world. Whenever and wherever we decide to go next, Whitney at Novaland Tours will be our first call!

We've now used Novaland for both Korea and Japan; absolutely wonderful service. Great communication with Whitney at HQ and seamless coordination of what we wanted to do with the in-person tour team. Customization allows you to take minute to minute control of what you want to do on vacation which is much better than being stuck in a traditional tour group. We loved our tour guides (in particular Sam at Tokyo....awesome!!!). Highly recommend using Novaland as we have told a bunch of our friends about them.

I took a solo trip with Novaland tours June 2019 for 12 day tour of Cambodia and Thailand. This was the first tour I have taken and it was just special for me, from the time I was picked up at the airport by my driver and tour guide at 10:30 pm.
The next morning at 9:30 sharp they were at my hotel and we toured Bangkok all day and had lunch. I saw the main tourist spots, and they took me to the airport to fly to Chaing Mai for three 1/2 days.
Then I flew to Phenom Penh for two days and then flew to Siem Reap for two days, then back to Bangkok for the last three days. I never worried about anything and felt safe as I am 70 year old male in pretty good shape.
The tour guides spoke perfect English and now I am on Facebook with them.
A lunch was set up for me each day and of course breakfast buffet at the hotels.
I had plenty of free time at night to wonder around and i had a great experience at the Chaing Mai market , easily over a mile in each direction.
The best part about Novaland is that you do your own research ahead of time and decide where you actually want to visit. They will plan a trip around that and you will be surprised at all the good places you will see.
I am thinking about a trip to either Singapore/Malaysia or Laos/Viet Nam next January.

I arranged travel for my family to Japan and worked with Cindy of Novaland Tours in arranging every detail of the tour. I got the best advise from her and a real customized tour for us. The experience turns out to the best and making us want to come back to Japan again. Cindy's professionalism and attention to details made the difference for us on this experience. Even the tour guide that we had, his name is Rauf, gave us an exceptional service.

We have booked our Japan tour for April2020 through them. The tour is for 20 days and so far they have rendered excellent service. Siva is fantastic and forever helpful. I hope the virus does not prove to be a spoilsport

Melody crafted a well balanced itinerary for the family for a 10 days trip to Japan covering three cities - Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. We had walking tours, tour via SUV and free and easy days. It gave us a chance to explore the places we visited on our own. Everything was taken care of, smooth and we were transported with good quality vehicles.
The English speaking guides and drivers were all fantastic !! Couldn’t ask for more. Flexible and accommodative. Took us to cool places for our meals.
* Tokyo - Nao - totally enjoyed showing us around Tokyo.
* Tokyo to Odawara-Station - Katsu - had a great time and got us to the station on time.
* Kyoto - Masaaki Tanaka - fantastic guide, lots of stories on the places we visited, castles. We got to see Kyoto like a Japanese- the history, the people and culture.
Thank you to everyone and especially Melody who made this family holiday a very memorable one. And Melody was always available and that we could reach out to her even during our time in Japan. Well done and awesome work, Melody.

tours are ok except that we was not able to ride the cable cars due to snow... but overall it's a great experience. Our 1st day your guide Miyuki Ikeda is also very accomodating.. she even helped me choose a warmer shoes for snow.

Not only did Cindy deliver our trip exactly as expected without any issues, she also made smooth, on the spot changes when we were grounded in Tokyo due to the typhoon. Her email contact was excellent during our stay and her late night problem solving and contact during the emergency was very much appreciated.
We are always a little hesitant to use on online travel agency especially when not based in the USA, however I highly recommend Cindy and Novaland Tours. Her planning, execution, and price were excellent. We will use her again for our next trip!

Novaland They have an office in China but working illegally in Japan just using a freelance tour guide in case of an accident you are in trouble they just say we do not know The adddress they are using in Japan is a depot in Chiba prefecture call the embassy of Japan and double check bunch of chinese youg girls using many english names you cannot even sue them they have no names

Which place are you intending to visit, length of stay?
Our tour was a loop - Nagoya-Takayama-Shirakawago-Kyoto-Nara-Nagoya.
You could set your Budget , stating what sights you want.
For customised or private tours, the cost is higher than the usual tours, depending on the number of people.
You could write to them to enquire and then compare the prices.
How did you pay? Credit card over phone? I'm worried about this transaction. Are they legitimate?

Hi sorry for the late reply. The price depends on where you want to go do you want for lunch, do yoi want private or coach tour and what star rating hotels you want. We pick and choose the places, tours and accommodations and they work out the prices. We found the price reasonable and competitive.
