It takes only 6 minutes on a green line from Narita Village to Shimosa - Manzaki station, from there it is another 15-20 min walk. Have your google maps ready😉 Once in onsen, follow the etiquete: remove your shoes, place inthe locker (100y deposite), then proceed to the counter. Location is not convenient from Narita Airport as it takes 30minutes, 4000 yen by taxi, still it gives short term tourists or transit business travelers a real hot spring experience. It has real Japanese restaurant that serves quality food at reasonable price. But please be careful if you keep tattoo, because they don't prefer it and may refuse you come in. Tattoo... More

I've been to Japan twice before but never went to a place like this because of my tattoos. However, I saw this place on tripadvisor and decided to give it a go. It was amazing! First of all its located basically in the middle of nowhere on the Narita line. Sounds like a negative but it is not at all.... More

I chose this place because I have tattoos and it's not always easy to find onsens that allow them. Some onsens have signs that say "no tattoos" and will look the other way if you have them, but Yamato no Yu states explicitly that they are welcoming of people with tattoos on their website in both English and Japanese. This... More

When I drove to pick up my son at Narita airport, I looked for the day use hot spring near the airport since I thought my son would like to take some rest before driving home. And this is I found through Google. English page is available in the web site of this SPA. It is far... More

Beautiful location, friendly staff, excellent therapists! You can just enjoy the four different hot springs pools-one with salt, two with "tea", a large sauna and a cold pool or book a treatment. I had a shiatsu and the therapist was excellent. Worth the cab ride and price of the spa-less than $10. The Taxi drive from the Narita Rest house... More

I walked from "Shimousa Manzaki" JR station to get there. It took me more than 30 mins since I lost the way. On the way back to the station I took a taxi and it cost me 1300Yen. Further a train stop this station every half hour. If you have a car or you need to spend a few hours... More

The place is quite hidden and we had difficulty finding it since we went there taking the JR Narita train. It is one stop from JR Narita Sta to Shimousa manzin Sta. You can ask the attendant in the station how to locate the bath house and he will give you a map. Be prepare. Becoz it's a long walk.... More
