The only way to buy the Skyliner tickets is at this information center. If you don't know that, and don't speak Japanese, it's relatively difficult to find. Once you are in the center, buying Skyliner tickets is easy.

We utilized this place to get train tickets into Narita town. They also helped with information on what to do.

I encountered the rudest staff I ever met on this train. I got on the wrong train having bought a ticket for a different line and the train ticketing staff basically assaulted me trying to get me to pay for a new ticket without even explaining why I needed another ticket. Disgusting and pathetic staff that clearly needs training in how to interact with members of the public in a civil manner.

Utterly disgusted. This again shows monopoly creates no good! In a nation renowned for its service and caring, the Keisei skyliner again proved to be an if not the only exception! Where do I start, firstly the service desk booth in Narita airport is simply horrible, don't explain the ticket well and the whole structure is confusing, secondly, on night of 9 Sep 2019, due to typhoon, the service was suspended, and then the staff at Ueno Station give wrong advice for me to take the normal Keisei line, after almost 2 hours, still sticker at Narita, note not Narita airport, the staff knew where I was heading to and give the wrong advice, simply wanting me to buy a new ticket I suppose! Then, miss the flight, stuck at airport for a whole night, have to reschedule my flight because of prearranged work schedules; so next morning when I ask for simply a ticket to get back to Ueno (since I still hold the return), they even refused to give that whilst knowing the whole story! Instead issued me a refund for that return voucher! OK, later, I just can't stand to be continuing in airport, so I requested for a return ticket, guess what? They say they don't sell that as they only sell with the packages, I don't need the package as I already have my normal metro ticket, so they tell me to buy single way and single way back, and the price is different to the one I just refunded earlier (about 500 more). However, what happened next completely tip me off to write this review! After I purchased the ticket, I realised that the package deal is actually cheaper than buying two singles. Wtf, so at all time the staff knew I am after return ticket, and didn't only not tell me package is cheaper, but pushed me to buy two singles because alleging there is no other options. I quickly went back (still 15 minutes until the scheduled skyliner) and asking to change to the package instead (to me it is as simple as issue a return voucher and a metro ticket, and I pay off the difference) but no, the staff insisted she cannot do it in freaking 15 minutes, despite normally processing it takes less than 1 minute, and also insisted that if I want to change it to package, it will have to be the next skyliner, which is what 40mins after! How ridiculous, you can simply say you are just money hungry! I never would mind of a few hundred or thousands yen to be honest, and I enjoy spending in my favourite country, but the actions by the staffs at both Narita Airport and Ueno Station is simply disgusting and appalling! I would never even thought of that I'd encounter something like this in Japan, as mentioned, it is their way of act, not considering at all and even worse by constantly giving incorrect advice to inconvenient the passengers that makes me extra angry! KEISEI Group should consider in training those staff properly, or Japan may really need to consider to bring more competition to the airport link services at Narita.

The ride was a breeze. big leg room and the seat is very comfortable. You can also bring food inside. There are vending machines too. The Keisei station is near to our hotel. I bought the tickets from the legit online seller going to and from Ueno Station but we were not able to use the Narita>Ueno because of stop operation due to accident that day. I was able to get a refund promptly.
