Buy a reserved seat ticket on the Narita Express and you’ll be whisked directly to Tokyo central station in 45 minutes where you can link to the fabulously efficient Tokyo Metro subway system. Free wi-fi on board. Super clean and always on-time...

This JR train travel centre is excellent. It is manned by well-trained staff who speak a multitude of languages. It's the best place to exchange your JR pass vouchers and make seat reservations for all JR services. The staff offered excellent service.

I have used this office and the office in Terminal 2 several times to exchange vouchers for JR Rail Passes and to get tickets for the NEX and SHINKANSEN. The offices are located on the Basement level in both terminals, close to the entrance gates...More

Found in the basement near the trains this office is busy. If planning to use the trains store your luggage. Use the elevators to access each level.
