Awesome afternoon!

Awesome afternoon! I spent lovely time with my wife here. The staff was very friendly and kind. We wore beautiful kimono, we did a special tea ceremony and many action photos with sword and other weapon. We also had a tutorial of trafitional Japanese wedding. I am loking forward to see a photos from professional photographer. There are lot of beautiful kimonos and areas for nice photo memories!

Thank you for visiting Sharakukan. We are glad you enjoyed it. The figure with a sword was cool. Next time, please experience Japanese traditional wedding costumes on wedding anniversary. I wish you a safe trip. We look forward to seeing you again.

A charming afternoon in the hands of kind professionals

Me and my husband just had a lovely afternoon at the Sharakukan. Not only did we spend the visit in lovely kimonos, we also tried the Japanese tea ceremony, which turned out to be quite a strong experience (serving tea to each other with a lot of respect during the ritual). The staff also let us simulate parts of a traditional wedding ceremony.
Kisarazu is a bit far from Tokyo but it was worth the trip. We combined it with shopping in a big outlet.
Anyways, we can’t wait for the professional pictures to arrive!

All the staff and even the owner are very accommodating and friendly. The kimono and hakama are really cool. The time we spent during the tea ceremony, photo shoot and in the shrine is amazing! I can't ask for anything else. We definitely recommend this to everyone especially to foreigners who wanna try Japanese culture:)
