They have limited brochures in English. The agent spoke English and was knowledgeable and helpful in describing tour spots in/around Chiba.

As you exit the train station on your left, before the bus depot. The ladies were all very friendly and helpful. Told us which bus to take as we were going to the tulip fest. The office is filled with brochures and they spoke very good English. As we had coupons from a travel show given out by Chiba Prefecrure, they were all excited and gave us free gifts. Convenient and helpful.
